Bathroom Plans

Below are 4 plans developed in a CAD software, representing different layouts of the bathroom. The client commented on each plan about the likes and dislikes of each plan, and agreed to one.

Plan 1

The client did not like the fact the fact that the storage was in an inconvenient place - behind the door. If a member in the family needed to get something from the bathroom kept in the storage unit behind the door, they would have to close the door in order to do this.

Plan 2

The client did not like how the shower was behind the door. This could cause damage to the door and shower whenever the door is opened as this it is a possibility they would bang together.

Plan 3

The clients approved of this plan, easy access to storage points and they liked how the shower cubicle had its own corner of privacy.

Plan 4

This was the second plan the client preferred, everything was easy accessible. The only downside was the toilet and sinks were too close together, as germs are spread quickly. For that reason, this was no longer an option.

The chosen furniture layout was plan 3 by the client.
